Cher was the breakout star of Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again which is one of my fav movies.

She should play herself or that Grammy nominated actress, I think her name is Lady Gaga.

I would hope that Cher has a say on who she wants to play her. I am not a fan of biopics in which that person (if that person is still alive) or the estate of that person (if deceased) are not involved. With Rocketman, you had David Furnish, Elton John's husband involved.

There’s a lot of ground to cover with a Cher biopic. Her marriage/divorce/relationship with Sonny, her stint with Gregg Allman, her kids, the the drama in her career… it could be really good.
