wow she's 101 years old

its basically a tumor of sorts, made of the material that fingernails is made out of. stuff like that is more common in the elderly, but i've never seen one that big before

Well, I don't know how many older people you've seen with a cutaneous horn, but I can tell you that I haven't seen one yet.
