Regardless of what comes out, I will still be sad about this.
First Mr. McMahon and now the Benoit's.

I'm pretty sure if it was a homicide, the remaining family can't do anything for that information to be withheld.
He's undoubtedly going to be missed.

No gunshot or stab wounds. My only wonder is whether they were bound and gagged when it happened. If so, then it was definitely a homicide poisoning by a third party. If not, either he or his wife poisoned all of them.
I have a feeling that if it was a third party, it may be due to a gambling or loan debt and he got a call that his family was being held and he needed to return there without informing anyone or else risk them being murdered. He most likely would have arrived to multiple people waiting to poison him along with his wife and son.
If it was murder-suicide, my guess is it would have had to stem from adultery. Not sure who the culprit was (he or his wife) but someone was put-off enough to end it for all of them.
I used to be a big time wrestling fan and drugs were never Benoit's thing, so I don't think it had anything to do with that.
Either way, he was one of the greatest underrated performers of all time and will be sorely missed.

I got choked up too...Even I smiled and choked a bit seeing the rerun of the Wrestlemania XX footage.

Lt. Tommy Pope of the Fayette County Sheriff's Department told ABC News that Benoit had missed several appointments over the weekend, leading concerned parties to ask police to do a "welfare check." When sheriffs arrived at the Benoits' home, they found the wrestler, his wife, and their son dead.
I can some possibility of a third party involvement, but why poison if thats what killed them. If it was a murder-suicide then I think Benoit contacting and canceling his match due to family illness or whatever kind of leaves him as the primary suspect in that.
Man, the end of Wrestlemania XX went from an amazing, beautiful moment between two best friends to such a bittersweet ending for two great champions.
My heart aches for Dean Malenko, losing two friends.
