Oh yeah. I know that. Just look at Lex Luger. Ofcourse I know they're just playing a roll. But it doesn't stop me from getting into it when watching it on t.v. or live. But yes, I agree, we all should know that there is a difference between the character they play on t.v. and who they are in real life.
Though one thing you are wrong about is believing wrestling is fake. Yes its pre-determined and the punches are pulled, but faking 6 foot falls from a steel cage onto another man, taking a fall on solid concrete, lifting up a 300 lb man(even if they're loosening their weight to assist you) is no easy task. And its definately something you can't fake. These guys are basically stuntmen who perform a story for us. And they take risk of breaking their bones with everything they do. Its why they say kids shouldn't do this at home.
