Given the success of Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children, who else would love to see Square put out an Anime movie version of Chrono Trigger? Personally, I know I'd be bouncing off the walls.

Chrono Trigger was an RPG from Squaresoft released on Super Nintendo. It had character designs by Akira Toriyama of Dragon Ball Z fame, and a very charming yet epic story involving a group of time traveling teenagers. It's arguably the best Super Nintendo RPG ever made, so I'm surprised you haven't heard of it.

I've never played it, but I have Chrono Cross, and I loved it.
I want to see a live action Final Fantasy too.

Half of the charm of Chrono Trigger is Akira Toriyama's character designs. The game looks like a cartoon, and making it live action would completely rob it of half of what makes it special.

But if a person could successfully bring them to the live action world, why not?
It would be the same as making a live-action Dragonball movie.

no way keep it animated. played that game more than 20 times. one of if not the greatest snes game.

That would be very neat to see.
I'd be happy to see anything, I'd prefer Live action, but CG or animated would be great as well.
Have you seen the stuff from Blue Dragon?
It's a very beautiful game.
