Chuck (NBC)

For those of you with a Dish Network DVR, the pilot episode of this new NBC show should be sitting in your DVR's "Dish-On-Demand" or "TV Entertainment" section.

It was pretty good. It sort of started like a Jake 2.0, but came out totally different. For a pretty unoriginal idea (geek turns secret agent), it's got a pretty original premise and some decent laughs. The ending of the pilot hinted at even more chances for comedy AND drama in the episodes to follow.

The girl that plays Chuck's sister (Sarah Lancaster) TOTALLY reminds me of Wonder Woman (Lynda Carter).

Also, for Traveler fans, there will be a familiar face in the beginning of the show.

All in all, it's definitely getting added to my DVR list. Makes it easier that it precedes Heroes.

I'm looking foreward to Chuck. I just love that NBC is starting to go with genre dramas. That, plus the fact that the thursday night comedy is just freakin amazing, definatley puts NBC at the top of ALL other networks.

Premieres TONIGHT. A definite reccomend, saw the Pilot a while ago and thought it was HILARIOUS. This is a show targeted to us.

McG is producer of TWO GREAT shows. Chuck and Supernatural- the best, if not one of the BEST shows on television today.

And Journeyman is amazing, one of the top pilots.... 'Life',however, is actually NBC's "not as good" show this year- imo. I was actually surprised at how much I liked Journeyman.

The only positive about this show is that Olivia Wilde looks absolutely stunning in it. In comparison she looked like crap on Black Donnellys. Aside from that this show has cancellation written ALL OVER IT. I've never seen a worser premise for a show.

It was a good show. I will continue to watch it. I never thought I would ever see Tony Todd do a role outside of horror.

Dude McG may be talented, but his name was on the screen for like ten minutes.... he's an Ego-hog...

That said, the premise was abhorable, but the execution was incredible... not sure If I'll watch it too often though...
