Am I the only one who thought that Sarah's outfit was incredibly lame? It seemed like she was thinking along the lines of: "I'm going to pretend to be a villain by coloring my hear black and wearing black leather, that will totally make them believe that I've gone rogue". You'd think that someone who should be trying to keep a low profile would chose to wear something less eye catching.

'Chuck' is meant to be goofy and cliche.

And about Sarah's costume... at this point we've seen her dressed up in about a 1,000 different ways as is, so there's not a lot they could have gone with.

Besides, she had been rogue for weeks. If she was actually rogue and wanted to stay that way, changing hairstyle/color would be the first thing to do. So it would make sense for her to have a completely new look, since that's exactly what Volkov would expect from a rogue agent trying to hide.
