Cool cover but since when is what's on the cover actually what's inside the issue? We've all seen numerous covers that are just for "shock" value and don't really tell you what's going on inside.

Marvel Knights, after Ock was pulled from the river, "they couldn't find him", AKA, Miller left it for a plot device later on. Only reason I remember off the top of my head is I bought the whole trilogy for the pretty Dodson art. If he was thrown back in at any other time, then I'm sorry for the wrong info. Haven't been keeping up except the occassional comic-store read.

I hope it's the punisher, it'd be cool for him to return killing off one of those characters, probably venom, which would make way for the return of eddie brock.

Hehehe....the thing is, if he were in that suit, his big-ass would start to free fall, and when he asked "what do I do, what do I do", every Spidey fan would say, in unison:"Glide, you tubby, b****!"

Then, when he tried to spread his webwings and fly, we'd laugh as he plummetted to his eminent demise.

I've heard people guess that the new Daredevil is none other than Bullseye...if so, he IS on the opposing side as Spidey in this story...maybe this is why he's included? I, too, thought his appearance in the picture is a little strange.

If Marvel want spidey's ID revealed to he world, why bother keeping the mask, its not like it'll make the character or story...or mythos for that matter any worse than it is, with this ******ed bombshell. Seriously, what is he protecting his face from, coz he sure aint trying to conceal his ID...

This sort of thing has been done to death but on a much smaller scale of course. Its something I cant get excited about. As for venom's leverage, he doesn't care about it as much as Osborn did and the revealing of spidey's ID makes osborn alot easier to deal with imo...thats the only half-decent thing to come out of this. Tango with osborn and lay the git to rest.
