no matter how good the writing is etc Daredevil has always been reimagined and changed time and again. DD fans are used to it, SM fans prefer well built stories with their tragedy, not huge arcs designed to gain sales.anyway peter's lost his own child, nothing DD has gone thru can compare to that.

Well, there really isn't that much to enjoy yet. The only thing that Millar has done with Spider-Man so far in Civil War was unmask him. And I've been wanting Spider-Man to unmask now for a REALLY long time.

Hell, just have Pete wear a small eye cover mask like Nightwing, or something. At least it wouldn't shred or get ripped off all the time.

And I wonder if the SPIDER influenced him to change his mind, not just May's speech? After all, the SPIDER hates deception and fakery. Hmm...especially masks worn on the 'outside'. I also don't see why Pete has to over explain everything. Ok, he comes out as spiderman. Why is it necessary he tell them how long he's been spiderman? Just seems like a way of overdramatizing everthing and wringing it out for the hell of it.

Well, imagine wearing a mask all the time and then suddenly go without one? You'd feel rather naked wouldn't you? And maybe Pete would feel naked without the mask on his face. Though it would make it better to see his facial expressions during some of the fights.

I'm sure he'll be doing battle without the mask. Someone like Osborn will make him take it off or something.
