Civil War, battles !!!!!!!

I also noticed that wasn't always in your sig, and I am not the only one who thinks you bring up the DC VS MARVEL in every post....:o

I'm just saying, what didn't make sense about CW? The super powered community was looked down upon after what happened. People were mad, and emotions were high. Johnny was cocky to the already ticked off people, and them jumping him made perfect sense.

your point being? that doesnt even make a difference im still supoorting the books with my money.

it's just the whole thing feels forced and it seemslike marvel is banking on the whole supero vs superhero factor which you guys are obviously buying into. the issue opens up with the new warriors planing to attack these guys...a pasge later this guy just suddenly explodes for no reason, he barely fought back, it'slike mark millar didnt even try to tell a real story, he simply said "yeah im gonna just have this guy explode here and start this thing", i dont know, i was probbaly expecting an identity crisis thing here, something with more of a back story.

Thats his power. He cant do anything else.

Dude, you're so anti-Marvel and it's pretty obvious with your sig.

His name is Nitro and blowing up is his power.

"You guys buy into" So let me guess, you see us as foolish customers who buy into nothing but crap while you read all the good stuff?

That's great.Just keep thinking that.

My point being you put that in your sig after GNR4life was bashing you on being a DC fanatic.

And Wtf? That is nitro's power??

what a crap ass issue. none of it make sense any senseto me. out no where some fat guy says to johnny storm that he should be ashmed of coming outside then he gets a beat down...i still dont understand why the public are attacking them after they had nothing todo with what the new warriors did....and im really not going to buy in that "their just in greif right now so theyre pointing the blame at every hero" then some chick spits in tony's face for "killing her son" which like tony says he didnt even have anything to do with it?...im just not buying into the why of this whole issue. and when the hell did peter start working for jonah again?....arghhhhhhh...youve got to be kidding me!! worst issue I've ever read.

this whole junk is nothing but a superhero vs superhero fight like the threads we all see here every damn day. marvel is marketing what you morons in here have been boasting for year over a matter as dumb as superheros' becoming legitmate..........please!

OMG dude, seriously, just SHUT UP.Your arguments are hardly relevant and you just rant on about how Marvel sucks and JQ can eat a d1ck.I realy don't see what you're trying to acomplish here.I'm not into the whole IC thing going on,but I don't go on the DC boards to tell them how much it sucks and all that.

Seriously, grow up and have some cheese with your whine.

You all raise some really good points. The most important point to realize though is that this is a thread in a MARVEL forum about a pretty huge Marvel event. IC is done and over with and is moving on into 52 as well as the 1 year later theme they have going on. With that said, this has nothing to do with Civil War.
From my understanding, this Civil War idea has been lingering around for a while. I first noticed it in 1602 and so far the parallels are astounding especially in conjunction with the fate of Cap. Marvel is doing something wonderful here and if for once the fans are really enjoying what's going on, that's no reason to criticise them/us. If you enjoy looking down your nose at something meant to be a political and social allegory, go ahead, but the rest of us are going to go on enjoying this for the sake of story, if nothing else.

Yup the rest of us 'morons' are enjoying an excellent comic so far....

Yeah the 1602 thing is true. But the heroes were much older when it happened or was shown in 1602. Maybe things have changed due to the Cosmic Cube.

I never read the 1602 thing. How does it play into civil war?

I am looking forward to the friend vs friend...brother vs brother type fights

The F4 fighting is exciting...xmen fighting each other is exciting...spidermans entire story is exciting...

Being a Punisher fan, I am really excited for what he does....I am under the assumption that he gets arrested and ends up living in his van after breaking free...then while all of the uptight hero's fight amongst themselves Castle decides to clean house....He starts to off the super villians as they have free roam of the streets now...And Castle being the badass he is takes the war to a new level showing them no matter how big they are, there is always a bigger gun...

I'm with Frank Castle (this really needs a banner! with the new WJ art)

I forgot where I read that, but I remember Deadpool and Punisher as the hunters. It most likely was just a rumor.

But how are they going to explain DD in Civil War. Him and the Punisher are currently in Rykers, but the first issue of Civil War has DD in it....maybe it is the imposter??

They're going to ignore it, like DC does with thier chars. You know, with Nightwing being in Africa and New York at the same time.

Just gonna hope we don't notice, and if we do, we don't care.
