Not too long ago I had to dissect a couple of clams and mussels. Now, I love them, and they're incredibly tasty, but upon my dissection I came to what should have been an amazingly obvious realization:
When you eat those things, you're eating it all: heart, gills, metabolic waste, intestines, clam/mussel/oyster poop, etc. Everything.
Now they're so tasty that even this thought couldn't deter me, but does it bother anybody else? Have you ever thought about it?
