are there villains from the comics at all? Are the bad guys all human with no powers?

The villains in season one are mostly from Roxxon, which is from the comics, although I don't believe the specific individuals are. The concept of corrupt cops are from the comics as well, but, once again, I'll have to doublecheck the specific characters. No villain in season one has powers.

Season Two is definitely going to have Mayhem, who is from the comics and has powers, but I'm not positive I'd call her a villain. Mr. Jib is rumored to appear as well who is from the comics and has powers.
