Just thought I'd do a list of all the Marvel characters who've been cloned and who their clones were. Seriously, there's a whole ****in' lot of clones running around.

We'll say that alternate-reality versions can be included if they've been active in 616 continuity. So you could count say, X-Man, but not all five hundred versions of the Hulk they've had in the Exiles.

So starting off:

Cable - Stryfe, X-Man (Alt Reality)

Deadpool - Agent X

Spider-Man - Ben Reilly, Kaine, Spidercide

Gwen Stacy - Gwen Stacy II

Jean Gray - Madelyne Pryor, the body the Phoenix was using when Jean was in her magical space egg

Madelyne Pryor - Madelyne Pryor II (Cloned by - of all people - X-Man!)

Magneto - Xorn

Xorn - Xorn II

...Those last two probably aren't at all accurate, but that's what I'm going with as any kind of actual thought about whatever the **** that whole Magneto/Xorn/NeoXorn thing was supposed to be about makes my skull throb.

Professor Xavier - Cassandra Nova (She was some kind of clone/Evil Brain Demon hybrid or some ****, right? I'll call that close enough for cloning.)

Thor - Clor!

That's all I've got so far.

Additionally -

Stepford Cuckoos - themselves and several thousand duplicates

Cassandra Nova was a twin sibling. Not a clone of Xavier any more than Aurora is a clone of Northstar.

Actually, I think Professor Xavier is a clone of himself right now or something. 'Cause he had his body replaced and there was some mind transfer thingy or...yeah.

The Stepford Cuckoos -- all several hundred of them -- are clones. Siblings, yes, and all daughters of Emma Frost:dry:, but genetically grown in test tubes nonetheless.

Depending on your definition, Jamie Madrox is either a walking talking clone god or a...well, that's pretty much it.

And Sentry is a clone.

OF SUPERMAN.

LOLOLOL omgz I totally went there am i rite

Actually, Cassandra Nova's body is indeed a clone of Xavier's. She's a mummudrai, a being born bodyless on the astral plane. She latched onto Xavier in the womb and constructed a body based on his DNA, but he killed her in the womb and she was stillborn. But not quite. She apparently reconstructed a working body in the sewers of New York over decades, according to Wikipedia.

No, I'm not kidding.

Agent X isn't a clone of Deadpool at all. He's an ex-assassin who got stabbed to death, then blown up with Deadpool and the Black Swan. Deadpool's healing factor somehow got spread between all of them and they all survived, only with pieces of the others' personalities mixed into their own. I guess Agent X got a pretty big piece of Deadpool in him, since their personalities are almost identical.

IIRC she was some kind of evil psychic entity that glommed onto an embryonic Xavier and grew herself her own body out of his blastocyst. I'm calling that **** a clone.

Eh, so he's some guy who got inadvertently turned into a clone of Deadpool.

By that logic, Deadpool himself is a clone of Deathstroke who "turned into" not a clone of Deathstroke.

I suppose also going along with that logic, Rogue basically becomes a clone of anyone she touches.

No. Well, yes, but before that she was actually just his twin sister. She tried to kill him in the womb, but he killed her instead, so she became an evil psychic entity that glommed onto an embryonic Xavier and grew herself her own body out of his blastocyst.

Naw naw, she was an evil psychic entity that grew out of his blastocyst and then fetal Xavier tried to kill her cause he had an evil psychic entity living in a body made out of his DNA hoggin' up the womb.

I liked Joseph, too. He made Magneto a more tragic character. Of course, Magneto's basically a good guy himself again, so that's no longer necessary.

He was good for Rogue, and ironically he became the heart of the X-Men for awhile.

What happened to him again? He just deteriorated because the chick who created him designed him to?

I thought he sacrificed himself. I think he had to fix Earth's magnetic polarity, and it just...killed him.

It is. Like I said, I liked Joseph. At least his death meant something, rather than, oh say, BANSHEE.

Banshee's death meant that Deadly Genesis pretty much had to suck. And it did.

You forgot the hundreds of Spider Man and Gwen Stacey clones outside of those few.

Joseph was awesome, I loved that period of X-Men.

Also, Wolverine-X-23.

Joseph was pretty badass.

A few more clones: Remember during Infinity War Magnus used that alien life thing to make evil clones of all the supers?
