A Chamber, 30 feet wide, circular. 30 Feet high walls. Concrete. No doors. Air mixture same as earth, same gravity. Ceiling is a force field 30 feet covering chamber that cannot be broken.

Only way out is complete victory over opponent by submission or death.
Walls cannot crumble or crack. No phasing through, floor is solid concrete as well:

In an old issue of X-Men, Magneto used a "magnetic bottle" to suck the energy out of Phoenix when she was attacking him. This was shortly after she first gained the Phoenix force. She had just recently defeated Firelord and thought that her power was limitless and she did not understand the power or her reaction to it.

He controls the entire electromagnetic spectrum. He can bend light and such. Apply that to what is said in Surfer's post above, and there you have it: a depowered Superman in The Chamber. And given how Magneto keeps his force field up at all times, hard to tell if Supes will be able to bash him before he eventually gets depowered.

Believe me, I think it is dumb too...but with that knowledge Magneto can beat Superman.

I call upon Anubis's response of "bull****". But I guess I've been outvoted so Supe's is going to lose to lousy assed Magneto.

The problem with Batman and the Kryptonite in the Chamber is that if Supes knows that Batty is going to be resurrected for the next round then he can just use this little flash of heat vision. After all it won't hurt.... much.
