The Dark Knight COMCAST TRAILER now up on the official UK site!

What is this official site it came from? The video's URL looks like it is from one of the viral sites...

Damn it, I thought this was a better quality version of the verizon trailer.
Still awesome though.

I just realized how poorly conceived this trailer was, the audio cuts were terrible, and it dragged pretty bad in the middle. It feels like they just threw this together without a care in the world.

I like this trailer. I'd be happy if this is the one they predominantly use to advertise the movie here in the UK. When they finally start advertising it that is.

Did anyone notice that there's a helicopter crashing and tumbling toward the semi-truck?

It isn't Comcast exclusive. I posted that Time Warner has it up also.

Comcast, TW, it's all the same when you think about it. My parents had TW cable for years in Houston and then sometime last year it switched to Comcast. Their remote control for the DVR still says Time Warner on it. :woot:

Not a fan of the new take on "and I'm gonna give it to em." I preferred the higher-toned and slightly faster take we got first. Makes the Joker seem a little more playful and menacing to me.

While I think the first full (US) trailer is the best, I like this one better than the second full trailer released here. As others have noted, better narrative flow, better sense of where the story is going.

And though I've disliked most of the alternate takes on dialogue, I like the "I'm gonna give it to 'em" in this one - more menace and snarl, which is unexpected in the Joker, and thus (to me) scarier than having it in the same, higher pitched sing-song tone.

I dunno. To me that line seems to have more weight to it in the higher sing-song tone. As if he's reveling in the anticipation of what he's about to do. The snarling low-toned version to me sounds kind of out of whack. Almost like he's trying to sound too serious.

And welcome to the Hype.
