There's an old Ghost Rider movie? did I miss something?

Please see the movie "Steel" or "Barbed Wire" or "Ghost Rider"(Not the new one)

Many movies have used the title "Ghost Rider" and several variations of it since 1925.....but I have no knowlege of any of them being connected to the Marvel comic character except for the new Nicholas Cage one.
