i've been really busy lately with school. but i finally managed to get something done for this months contest. i started workin on it at the beginning of the month. it was really hard for me to try and get that medal look, it still needs some work but im pretty happy with it.t:

k, i did the dog on paint and the smoke effect on photoshop. what do you think. and suggestion/critiques?

I think it looks perfect, one of your best, in my opinion.

is that a compliment or an accusation. because i believe i said earlier i used reference pics but did not trace anything what so ever. all was of it was drawn by me, on paint, with a mouse.

here is what im currently working on. i used a reference pic of tom welling to capture his face.the bottom pic is what im probably gone go with. The top one is with my sketched layer on top of it. I just posted it so yall can see what im planning on doing. its taking me forever to get his costume right. im pretty happy with his face(probably the best coloring i've done on photoshop yet)
just thought i'd show my progress. feel free to give me any suggestions or critiques.
