So, the concept art is flooding in so I figured I'd make a separate thread for it sense there is so much of it already

I guess I'll start

Thanks for posting these images guys, I hope they do another of those behind the scenes/art books like they did for ASM1.

Go to comic book movie and look up nailbiter111. Good guy. He had a concept art that shows that they thought about giving Peter the Miles Spider-Man suit.

Have these costume designers or artists ever seen The Green Goblin in a comic why is it so hard to do him I hate the excuse he would look too goofy on screen you can find a way to do him right but still stay faithful to the comics

That first (of three) Spidey suit above looks great, more natural progression from ASM. They chose a much better Glider and Rhino designs for the movie

The Goblin glider is a lot more menacing than i thought it would be, they should have added more green and added purple to the make up and suit of Harry Goblin.

I found them on tumblr, maybe there was a mix up with some of them

Listening to a podcast with the effects supervisor and he says the idea is Rhino was put together with spare Russian parts. I really don't get the logic behind this. It's like Spider-Man's suit, the important thing isn't that a high school kid could make it, the most important thing is it looks good on camera. With regards to Rhino they should have gone with the best looking suit and screw the logic behind it.

I really really hope we get a departure from Robogoblin in the sequels.

Really glad they didn't go with that option for the Rhino.

I agree. I really enjoy the art books!

I wonder the same when I see this

I think it works for the movie. He tries to cure himself, things go horribly wrong. This is the result. Keep in mind that all he had was prototype gear as well. We could see a more updated verion in the next film.

Regardless of what movie these came from, I'm glad the designs never made their way to the big screen. The third one just makes me think: what if Dr. Octavius was stationed on Endor...?

Disney can do that.
