Cop in Fatal Crash Was Driving 94 MPH

What do you mean he was a teen driver and hasn't developed that kind of judgment yet? It could of been anyone in that car who got killed. The blame SOLELY lies in the policemans hands.

Of course but 90% of driving is making judgments. He probably thought he could make the turn in time but misjudged it or didn't even see him.The cop is 99% to blame since he didn't have his lights on nor did he even make an attempt to stop.

In general circumstances the teen would be the one responsible, due to him turning left with it not being safe to do so (which I would assume to be the same as turning right without it being safe to do so over here)

The trump card is that the officer was doing the wrong thing at the same time when it happened. Which should then make the officer liable for the incident regardless of what the 19 year old guy did.

If you look closely at the video, you can see where the teen cut in front of him when the cop got close,a clear sign of misjudgment.Yes he was driving way too fast, but the teen could of avoided the accident if he just waited a second before turning. Still cops fault though.

i think they were a young couple that got killed, one male and one female :(

It's hard to judge distance and speed at night, especially for young drivers. The teens probably believed they had time to turn safely, and had the squad car been traveling the speed limit they probably would have. Also- as I said before- the traffic light at that intersection was flashing. Obviously if it was flashing red then the intersection should have been treated as a 4-way stop so the car that was turning expected the oncoming traffic to stop. Even if it was only flashing yellow you would still expect traffic to at least slow down as it was approaching the intersection, not fly through it at almost 100mph.
