That's why I don't feel all that sorry for them. When he got really far away, chasing that other kid, they should have all just taken off. Even the kid wearing the cuffs (those are easy enough to get off). Hard to feel sorry for kids who aren't smart enough to run when they're given the chance like that. Yeah, that cop was out of line with the choke holds and all, and taking kids down with that much force over a skateboarding thing is stupid and isn't going to endear him to his superior officers either. But, damn...if he's that far away and preoccupied, get the f**k out of there. Especially since he obviously has a hard-on for control and abusing skate-punks.
