Cracking Joints = Bad?

I recently read an article where a Doctor stated that cracking your knuckles once two twice a day is good for you since it helps relieve stress and makes your joints mor felixble. He also stated though that cracking joints too much (like 5-7 times) is a little too much. Cracking is nothing but the lubricant in between the joints "popping" so I really don't see how it affects the bones.
 
I reckon if your gonna get joint problems your probably going to get them anyway.

Im only 24 and ive had some permanant degenerative form of Arthritis :(

Luckily ive been cured from it since :)
 
I can crack my neck, knuckles, elbows, shoulders, back, ankle, wrist and my toes. :woot:
 
I need to crack my neck in order to get comfortable for bed.
It just settles me down.
I can also crack my ankles, knuckles, toes and back.
