Due to the path of Hurricane Gustav, I am in Austin TX. I am from Houma LA. Where the most damage has taken place! Thank God, I still have a house! I lost a tree , out of the front yard but it didnt fall on my house! thank you lord. But my other car might not of made it. I'm not sure. Someone called me telling me that they had drove by my house. I have some roof damage but shingle etc ........ nothing major.
Now I'm also being told , It might be 2-4 weeks before I get power and running water to my house again. So right now I'm having to look into genterators and etc supplies. We have no gas stations or food stores open, so If I was able to go home supplies would only last so long.
