The Dark Knight Dark Knight on OnDemand (Check First Post For Videos)

I noticed this. Of all the Joker lines, I think this one sounds the least Joker-ish as far as voice tone.

It's intentional. It makes the "I'll settle for his loved ones" two seconds later pretty shocking, and quite frankly, AMAZING. He has great control over his voice.

My god that was great! Although I have to say that I'm getting a little concerned about all the differing voice clips from Heath; it makes me wonder if he didn't finish all his post-work, and now WB is rushing to test whether the audio is acceptable to use.

Were do i git a HD version of this new intentional trailer any one...i would like to see this trailer PLZZZZZZZ

I believe he did finish all his post work.

That's just how good he was.

It's all Heath. All of it. The various trailers simply feature different takes that he did.

I'm probably coming late into this thread now, but I just wanna say that is the best trailer for this movie I have seen. Just when I think I can't get anymore excited for this movie, something comes up to build it up even more.

I still hear the Joker voice when he says, "Where is Harvey Dent?" I do agree that it is the most stretched compared to other clips we have heard. I think it was different because he wanted to be heard by everyone in the room with him, and spoke with real good dictation because he really wanted to find Harvey Dent right then and there, and didn't want to wait.

I know! If they are able to build the excitement anymore, my heart is going to stop.

:brucebat:I have to say the standard of these virals has not dropped one bit-it really is amazing when a film can build up so much continual hype with out a come down...the only minor problem I have is that the versions of some of Mr. Js lines sound more sombre...I personally preferred the higher pitchd more "Jokery" versions, but we cant tell which ones will appear in the final product plus theres too much great stuff here to get hung up on that....

Im just gonna throw out the things I particularly loved in these two new clips...

On Gotham Tonight, although the whole thing was great, one bit I particualrly loved was Dana worthingtons speech about the good Batman has done that she had seen when she had helped victims of crime...she says something along the lines of "no matter how scarred or traumatised they are, they are not afraid any more because they know HE is out there ready to protect them"...that gave me shivers-it just sums up Batman perfectly for me, and if it wasnt Nolan who wrote that, then whoever did deserves a free beer.

In the new trailer....simply love the delivery of "I'll settle for his loved one"...thats littler playful Joker tone-a reminder of how well Heath seems to have done. I also think the new lines show a good deal more about his mentality and what he's actually trying to achieve....the whole "when the chips are down, these civilised people will eat each other" reminded me of The Killing Joke. It seems that where in that he terrorised Gordon to make a decent man snap, this has him do it at a city wide level...hes creating anarchy as almost a sociological exeriment, just so he can see the ordinary, decent people go nuts and turn on eachother, driving out their crazy primal animal instinct...the whole "one bad day" thing only bigger.why he wants to do this is still a mystery but now we have a definate purpose to his crimes...its not just random, he seems to have an intellectual interest in the outcome of what he's doing...we always assumed that but we see it for sure now.

anyway thats my two cents!

"Its all, part of the plan."

Feh with the trailers. Feh, I say!

I'm tired of trailers.

if the guy doesn't get nominated for an oscar, he'll sweep other award shows

^ LMAO. Joker would be the one to do that!

Batmans like, 'Alright! Going to slam this clown into the wall, RIGHT NOW!'

:hoboj: - Ahahahaha!

Michael Hall is pure awesome as Engel, he came off straight forward and decisive. The whole thing seemed like a real political talk show lol.

Great stuff.

I hope we get to see a little more of that in the film, as opposed to just in the virals.
