I wish I asked him earlier this week if his job allowed visitors, thinking that of course I'd come keep him company for an hour or so, but no visitors allowed He works at a lab, so they're strict about employees only, boo.

Oh yeah. I love indie-ish fedora hats and I like the way scarves look on people but I always feel stupid wearing a scarf, and I feel stupid wearing any kind of hat.

I have the same problem I can never get those hats to look right...

keep doing laundry....I got a nice new pair of sneakers for Christmas, just need a new pair of boots and I'm all set

Recent weight loss and a desire to wear shirts a couple sizes too big has left me with a closet full of oversized shirts that I no longer want to wear in public. This year, I'm getting all new shirts. I've already started for the past month or so. They're all button-up shirts, too. None of that crap that looks like an inkblot along one side, though.
