Darthphere's House of Style: From Geek to Chic.

Because you demanded it.

So perhaps more like this:

Womp, honestly, you should go with a nice button down, maybe with some vertical stripes, it's slimming. Dark jeans, they can be blue, but a dark blue. Not too loose, straight legged, but relaxed. Top it off with some casual dress shoes or boots. Hit the town and bag some *****es.

I thought sketchers were only for 13 year old britney spears fans. Guess I was wrong.:oldrazz:

I had a pair of plain black Sketchers boots I wore back when I worked for UPS. The tongue started grinding into my shin, though. I had to switch them for Lugz.

I like Sketchers. They are comfortable plain brown shoes. I've bought the same pair like 4 times now, and a lot of my friends had the same pair. At one point, there were around 6 guys in my high school with the same pair. This was years ago of course.

This is usually what I do. If weather permits, I usually have a jacket with it, though, like most males my stature, I am a sweater. I usually lean towards purple and pink for my color of choice, but there are a lot of greens and blues as well.

My problem is, I never actively clothes shop, so all my **** is a few years old and wearing out. I guess it's about time to buy some new jeans and shirts. To the Gap!

I've decided you all deserve more, so I give you, in true What Not to Wear fashion (haha), some pics of my closet.

You'll notice lots of long sleeved button ups, mostly either solid color or vertical stripes. Also, you'll see a few polos and the fact that I am too cheap to buy good hangars.

I wear stuff that doesn't wrinkle so I don't have to hang anything up

If I used my words, I'd probably get banned. :csad:

I prefer to be low maintenance....is there something wrong with that??

well its actually more of a schedule thing....I work 50-60 hours a week and she works and goes to school...but thanks for trying to insinuate its all because of the way I choose to dress

but I'm not a *****ebag...I actually dress very plainly...my job has a fairly relaxed dress code so I can wear jeans, as long as they're not beat up....a simple button up or collared shirt....you won't see me wearing a button down with the Statue of Liberty on it or anything...I actually dress fairly average

I honestly had no clue they made actual shoes. I though it was all just candy coloured fun stuff. "The more you know" I guess.

Personally I'm after a pair of retro New Balances (http://www.newbalance.com/lifestyle/retrorunning/M595KS/), but hopefully in a better colour.

I need to see this Statue of Liberty button down you keep talking about.
