Personally, if they wanted to introduce a "Batman" to contrast with Ollie, I'd rather they use Blue Beetle, the Ted Kord version. Play him up as, essentially, Happy Silver Age Batman, as opposed to Oliver Queen's Angsty Dark Modern Batman.
