While B:TAS is the best cartoon based on a superhero, I think the best cartoon of all time is Gargoyles.

they cancelled a better Spiderman series in favor of Ultimate Spider-Man I wouldn't hold my breath on Marvel animation retreading old ground at this time

Atleast you got to admit Young Justice had an average run with 46 episodes just 6 episodes shorter then the 52 episodes Static Shock has.
