Sorry if there is a thread in this but if they did an HBO show linked to the movies what would you like to see? I'm not crazy about tv/ movie connections because unless you have shows starring the trinity, the lesser characters are far more developed.

Whoops. I forgot to say that since I'd want them most developed i know it's not happening but I'd love if they had a Cavill , Affleck, Gadot, playing their characters each with their own show and have drop ins with other justice leaguers and movie villains. That would be a dream for me if HBO and all these actors could magically do it.

If they did the big hitters would be off the table so I'd be all something like the Question. That would suit HBO right down to the ground.

Basically all the pulpy crime-noir characters from DC's stable from Batman to the Question. I'd even throw Constantine in there if that ship hadn't already sailed, because he is crime-noir except the crime he deals with are occultist.

HBO is the best venue for Batman by far

He has too many villains and sidekicks. They'll never be done justice in a movie series, a high budget TV series is the best option

Batman series would definitely be ideal. I doubt it would ever happen, but in a perfect world, HBO would be the ideal home for it.

Watchmen and Sandman (Gaiman) belong here. A Game of Thrones inspired New Gods series might be good too.

HBO Batman series.

Assuming they actually got decent talent behind it, this would be a dream come true for me.

Sandman would be amazing . Way better suited for TV

wasnt johns and snyder rumored to be working on a project for hbo?

I think it'd be better to do a Nightwing over a Batman just because of the previous movies and tv shows.

Batman series on HBO would be the dream

This x1000. Batman is so perfect for HBO, you could take out Batman and his top 10 villains and just do a Nightwing show or a Batgirl show and it'd still be gold.

Although some of my favorite members are elsewhere, I'd love to see at team like The Outsiders or The Authority or Gen 13. HBO come on and show these other networks how it's *really* done. That could change my life.

I still think this should be done tbh. Just forget Constantine ever happened and make a new series called " Hellblazer " that's closer to the Vertigo series.

Hell, if not on HBO, have it on AMC to go alongside " Preacher " . That way , AMC would be basically "The Vertigo Network " as opposed to CW being " The DC Network " .

My dream has always been an entire DC Universe comprised of interconnected HBO mini-series based on actual comic arcs (like one year, we get a Superman mini and Batman one, another year, a GL mini and Wonder Woman mini, and eventually we get a Death of Supes/Reign of the Supermen/Emerald Twilight type deal, then more solo stories, etc). Which will of course never happen in a million years.

In theory, I'd like to see Batman, Zatanna, Birds of Prey, or Gotham City Sirens. Since the question is about a DCEU show, though, and since major movie characters are unlikely to get TV series, the best I could probably hope for would be Huntress or (Teen) Titans. Maybe there could be a Catwoman show if the movies don't do much with her.

Gen 13 would be pretty different as an HBO show, but I'd be up for a more serious take on the series. The basic premise is strong.

The Question, The Spectre, Dr Fate, Phantom Stranger, Gen13, Midnighter & Apollo (Stormwatch/The Authority)... basically the characters that probably wont show up in main roles on the big screen but who have a ton of potential and could expand the DCEU on the small screen.

I'd say the Titans too but I think they're best saved for the big screen plus Raven, Starfire, Beast Boy, and Blue Beetle are probably too expensive for the small screen.

I'd be up for a gritty HBO DC series but I wouldn't want it connected to the movies. That model just doesn't really work all that well.-

Nightwing, it's high time DC starts to capitalize on this character's immense potential.
Another series I would like to see is Kurt Busiek's superman my secret identity.
