Deadman does actually help souls to go to the afterlife though, but he's no grim reaper.

He usually allows souls to find peace and takes them off the Earth - the ones that are having about who didn't follow the Reaper.

Yeah. It's more like in the sixth sense. The ghosts have already been reaped, but they didn't follow Death into any afterlife. Deadman sometimes helps them move on to an afterlife.

This was surprisingly good. I don't normally like Jones, but I was very impressed with this. I look forward to more.

Issue #2 was awesome. The writing and art are both excellent and things are really coming together story-wise.

I strongly recommend checking this out.

I liked it, but nothing is coming together. I was even more confused by this issue as the last. The last issue ended with something at somewhat concrete: the dude came back as a corpse. It seemed we generally knew what was going. That was immediately thrown out in issue 2.

Seriously, I think if people gave this a chance they would really like it.

I've given Bruce Jones a chance before and he s**t on, p**sed in the mouth of, and anally raped one of my favorite characters of all time. For all I care that bastard can rot in the seventh circle of hell.

6 issues in and I still like it. Anyone else picking this up or is it still just me?
