To say this AGAIN, I never SAID he had some sort of link to the internet. I simply said he had a link to information, and the internet was my example. However, I wasn't aware that he could simply just move through any digitized piece of information (as much sense as THAT lacks, seeing how his newfound power comes from something that would have to move through information).

Its not actually Cable that sifts through the information, its a lackey of his that uses Black Boxs equipment and then relays the info to him.
