I love the Deadpool character but i rented DP2 last night and got bored and watched BTAS instead... I thought it was a good movie, but it’s not my style

It does feel like a bit of a novelty. There’s no doubt that Reynolds was born for that role though

Yeah, I'd like to see him used like he was in Remender's Uncanny X-Force in the comics

be a side character, be comic relief, but he's also the surprising heart and conscience of that team, and has real heartfelt moments... there was also no fourth wall breaking or any of the little short-hand tricks a lot of writers use on Deadpool, he was just genuinely endearing

I hope that's the model they use in the MCU
