Deadpool's origin story in comics

I've searched for this info around here but I didn't find it anywhere so I'm sorry if I'm sharing a question that has already been posted and answered.

Well, is there any comic book issue or collected edition with Deadpool's full origin story? Yeah, I know Pool's origin has been told and retold quite a lot since The Circle Chase, but it's always bits and pieces we gotta put together, mostly someone or he himself telling it through bubbles or voice-over boxes, plus sometimes some flashback panels.

What I want to know is if there's a full continuous story of it in a single comic book or in a storyline spawned through multiple issues.
