Denzel and Antoine Fuqua to ride with The Magnificent Seven

There's an Asian guy in there I swear.

Speaking of Fuqua he's rumoured to be circling the Scarface remake, remake.

Nah, Jay Hernandez in his Diablo makeup. Only with scars too. It will make him look more EXTREME.

Box office gold.

Saw the trailer for this before Trek last week. My two thoughts were "why?" and "this looks horrible." As always, YMMV.

^^(snicker) Both Washington and Pratt look like they're trying not to laugh in that poster.

It kinda reminds me of that goofy Fast Five poster where Vin is standing in the middle trying too look cool and casual, while Paul Walker is right next to him looking all intense and about to shoot someone, lol.

Ah, Photoshop.

From the reviews I've read it seems that if you're looking for a fun ride that has decent action (like the trailer sold it as) you'll like this.

Ive been reading about how their isn't much to the characters.

I'm still checking this out

I need something to do that weekend. I'll watch it for Denzel, Pratt, and Lee.

I'll be honest, I've never been on the Fuqua bandwagon. To me, his films have been alright at best.

I agree. I'll be seeing this one, but it's not because he's directing it.

Joblo.com gave the film an 8/10.

Im not looking for the next western classic. If it is as enjoyable as The Equalizer and Olympus has Fallen I should like it.

I really dig Fuqua's films. He's got a great place as a solid, dependable Richard Donner type that's been sorely lacking lately.

I'm just hoping for a fun Western. So many Westerns that have come out in the past 20 years have been trying so hard to deconstruct the genre that they forgot that movies are at least allowed to be entertaining.

Yuma was amazing.

Yeah, I liked the 3:10 to Yuma remake. It's one of the few Western films in recent years that I've enjoyed.

Though Fuqua is hit or miss for me, I am looking forward to this, the cast is awesome.

So the consensus on this one is what?
