Fixed and seconded

He doesn't need to win the lottery, he makes enough money as a celeb. If he could predict the lottery he would not go on TV and show off this skill. He would win the ****ing lottery. Also he would easily get around "not being able to legally pay the lottery" or whatever ********tery he cooked up to make people believe that he can tell the future.
What the hell is James Randi's challenge?
But Derren Brown has said once that he can't read minds and has no supernatural/spiritual abilities, he can just read people's subconcise movements. The James Randi Educational Foundation (JREF) has a challenge for all people purporting to have supernatural/spiritual abilities to perform said skills under proper test conditions. Any who are able to pass the preliminary challenge (no one has yet) as well as the official test will recieve $1,000,000 from the JREF straightaway.

He'd probably do your challenge but he'd probably cheat and mind **** everyone watching.
Edit: I spelt subconcise wrong but even my spell checker aint helping so I hope you can sub in the right word better than it can.
Did anyone watch the show tonight on how he did it? I forgot it was on :P and forgot to Sky + it also...

Yeah he used a large group of people (24) to study the numbers from the year, then make a "guess" to what the next sequence of numbers would be, each persons guess at the first ball were all added up and they got say 898, then it was divided by 24 (number of people in the group) and you get 37 which would be the first ball out. then did the same with the other 5 balls.
Just a random probability formula
Thats a very loose system to rely on....must have been more than that.
