Those minions are funny as hell. I watched the first one with a friend here at home, expecting almost nothing, and we laughed out loud the entire movie. Don't know if a sequel is really necessary, but I think that discussion is as old as farts.

I just saw the new trailer before Escape From Planet Earth this weekend. I loved the first one (one of my son's favorites) and this looks great as well. I can't get enough of those Minions.

yeah they do, in the first move when one of them fires a rocket launcher in the crowd and Gru looks at him and says "Dave" (Dave hangs his head and a scorched minion walks up to him and punches him in the shoulder).
