I think it's a vampire story with a sci-fi twist
$40 for wrestling? Criminy, I'm glad I never developed any kind of fandom for that. Although I definitely make up for it with video game expenses. I'm buying Heavy Rain and Mass Effect 2 in the next couple of months. It's really hard trying to remain patient and wait for a Steam sale on ME2, but I'm playing Mass Effect again to take my mind off it. I'd forgotten most of it anyway, so it's a nice refresher for me.
I get my son those wrestling DVDs each month. I made an agreement with him. We don't spend the money on the PPVs, and he can get the DVD when it comes out a couple months later. I just can't justify paying 40 bucks or more for them, when he can have a "forever copy" just a couple months later. The only one we do watch on TV is Wrestlemania, since it's the biggest of the PPVs.

ANGEL #30 $3.99 (Really starting to just not care about this. Too many new characters on Angel Investigations. The only of which I like is Beta George.)
Buffy's had it's down spots, but it feels more like Buffy than the Angel comic currently does. I don't really care much for trades. The only things I really really enjoy getting in trades are older stories and the only two new series I read in trade format are Invincible and Walking Dead.I dropped both the Buffy & Angel books recently with the intent of getting them in trades only... tis much cheaper, especially since I was getting both covers... it was hard to justify $16 per month for 2 books... that's the cost of one trade...
Admittedly though, it was hard to do (collector mentality at work)...

I hate Final Fantasy. The whole series. And I'm getting Mass Effect 2 on Steam since it's $10 cheaper. Still working through ME1 now, though. I'm doing the Pinnacle Station stuff.I'm lucky I don't have an Xbox, it's just Heavy Rain for me, although I have to keep an open space for God of War III and Final Fantasy XIII, and I have some feelings for Modern Warfare 2 and Bioshock 2![]()
Angel was just terrible from the start. I can't believe I stuck with it for as long as I did. There were maybe 2 good issues in the entire After the Fall storyline, which spanned like 3 or 4 arcs. I dropped it shortly after that, when Kate and Angel teamed up to fight some werecat chick. I'm one of the few people who actually like Kate, yet even her full-time return couldn't keep me reading.Buffy's had it's down spots, but it feels more like Buffy than the Angel comic currently does.
Having almost always owned the system opposite what FF was on (Genesis, N64, Dreamcast, Gamecube), I've barely played any Final Fantasy. But I have played the original on the Game Boy and I loved it, even it was old school. so I'm willing to give the new one a try. But chances are I'll get God of War III first (but then, I just played GOW I and II so I might be a little bit fatigued from that type of game for awhile).I hate Final Fantasy. The whole series. I don't have a Wii, but I'll probably try out No More Heroes if they actually do port it to the 360. I don't know what the status is on that, though.Having almost always owned the system opposite what FF was on (Genesis, N64, Dreamcast, Gamecube), I've barely played any Final Fantasy. I also want to get No More Heroes 2 on the Wii![]()
