But as things are turning out now, he might be more suited for a Leaguer or a villain. Ezra was the first really young actor and they may keep on casting like that.

I've always seen Robin when he was younger. Ever since Noah and the Fury trailers, i see Nightwing.

Seriously i know Bale and Lerman worked together as father/son, but if they ever continued the Nolanverse without Chris and decided to bring Grayson into it back in 2011 (Bale but no Nolan)...Logan would have been perfection as Robin. And now there's such a great opportunity to have Lerman play a young adult - Nightwing to Affleck's grumpier Batman. Not only does Logan have the look down, he would nail that attitude of "im my own man now, im going to live my life my way, not yours Bruce. You can stay mad at me all you want, that's sad, but it just has to be this way. Get over it".

I've always pictured being in his late 20's as Nightwing.

But since Affleck will be nearing his 50's by the time a solo movie is released, I'd go for an actor thats no more than in his early to mid 30's.

My top choice is Jack O'Connell. I think he showed amazing talent in the UK film Starred Up, and will soon prove himself stateside in Angelina Jolie's Unbroken. When I see him with his hair dyed black to play Louie Zamperini it is exactly how I picture a live action nightwing, not superbuff pretty boys like a lot of sites are saying he should be.
