He's right though. Why should he answer all that?
The average moviegoer wouldn't be interested for those information, and we're going to get all spoiled sooner or later anyway.
Anyway, he kinda answered that "will the Joker have the green hair?" when he said in another interview that "It's going to be iconic".
At least that's what I hope.
