The shotgun by the bank manager at the very beginning got me when I saw the Prologue in IMAX with I Am Legend.

Dent yelling, "Say it!" still makes me jump, which is saying something, because Resident Evil killed game/movie fear for me when I first played it (when the cerberuses jump through the windows), and since, nothing has scared me except Resident Evil games and dogs jumping out in movies/games.

Either way, both the dead Batman imitator and Dent yelling, "Say it!" made me jump in the movies. The dead Batman imitator only made me jump the first time, though.
