After seeing The Worlds End today I have seen all 4 of Edgar Wright's films in theaters. I was trying to think of directors with at least 3 films made that I've seen all in theaters. Neveldine/Taylor are the only others I can thing of with 4. Wish I'd seen Tarantino's first 3 and the Wachowkis's Bound in theaters so I could add them.

Ben Affleck. Possibly others but a lot either started before 1988 or had an R movie before I was 12...

No one which is saddening to say. All my favorite directors are ones whose film's I've caught up with at later dates.

The Prestige, Memento and Batman Begins were my favorite films and it was only when I looked them up that I realized they were done by the same guy.

I would however argue that most directors start out very very small so it could be difficult to catch them at the beginning.

Yeah I agree. I've seen all of Nolan's except Memento in theaters. I don't think Following was released in theaters but I could be wrong.

I can't think of a single one off the top of my head. At first I was thinking Joss Whedon (having seen both Serenity and Avengers on their opening nights), but then I remembered Much Ado About Nothing.

Jj Abrams is the only director for me.

Zack synder is close but I never saw that owl movie he did s haven't seen it to this day.

I'm 4/6 on Snyder. Saw Dawn of the Dead on DVD and Legend of the Guardians on HBO. It's actually a pretty good flick, IMO. It's not great by any stretch, but I thought it was worth a watch.

im assuming a lot of people can say Neil Blomkamp (at least i thought district 9 and elysium were his only 2 in theaters)

Yeah I saw all of Snyder's except the Owl movie in theaters. And I'll admit the only Bay film I've missed is Pain & Gain. Would happily trade that for Pearl Harbor.

Adam McKay, actually. Anchorman, Talladega Nights, Step Brothers, The Other Guys...I've seen them all in theaters.

J.J. Abrams would have been on here too, but I still haven't seen Mission: Impossible 3.

I've seen every Christopher Nolan movie from Batman Begins onward in the theater except The Prestige.

Regarding feature films (not the short films) nor director's with 2-3-4 films.

Stanley Kubrick and Sergio Leone. Not when they were released .

Refn , Lynch . George Lucas too .

Never seen Mann's Keep in a theater so i'm just missing that one.

Wes Anderson.

I've always wanted to see Mann's The Keep. I've heard so many different things about that film and I'm a Michael Mann fan.

It's well worth the watch. You can clearly see a very talented director working with a not so good product.

Marc Webb.

I think JJ Abrams, is his list M:I:III, Star Trek, Super 8, and Into Darkness? If so than yes.

I've seen every Nolan movie since Batman Begins in theatres, but not Momento so that's a nope.

Those that are saying Nolan, are you counting with Following?

I've seen every Pixar movie in cinemas starting with Finding Nemo

Michael Bay and J.J. Abrahms. And it wasn't on purpose. I didn't realized I have watched every Michael Bay theatrical motion picture until Transformers, and JJ Abrahms until Super 8.

Technically it was, festivals count
