Disney is looking at making Marvel video games

This is the biggest problem with the Disney/Marvel merger, Disney Interactive is severely limited with what they have because all of the major franchises have been taken. THQ has a multi-year deal with Marvel for the Super-Hero Squad. Sega has a multi-year deal for Captain America, the Hulk, Thor, and Iron Man. Activision Blizzard has the rights to Spider-Man and the X-Men until 2017. And Gazillion Entertainment has MMO rights.

I guess Disney could get Warren Spector to make a Fantastic Four game

I also think Capcom has the rights to making Marvel games with multiple franchises together (like Avengers & X-Men in one game).

Disney may not to be able to do anything with that bc Activision has the liscense to release that genre with the Marvel characters. The best we can get in the forseeable future is for Activision to give the Avengers their own dedicated game
I think Activision has no desire to make Ultimate Alliance games anymore instead focusing more on Spider-Man and the X-Men.

The reason they're bad isn't because Sega is making them, it's because they're movie tie-ins. So they have a hard date to come out at the same time as the movie, therefore, development is shorter and they won't have enough time to polish it. Sega didn't do the Fantastic Four movie games, but they were crap as well, which they shouldn't have been considering it used the X-Men/Ultimate Alliance formula. Even if Disney gets the rights to Avengers, it'll likely follow the trend because it'll be made in the same rushed manner.
The Iron Man games were developed by Sega's studios in San Fransisco. Funny thing is, that the poor reception of Iron Man led to Sega disbanding Secret Level and restructuring it as Sega Studios San Fransisco. The poor reception of Iron Man 2 led to Sega just completely shutting it down.

I think Thor: God of Thunder is being developed internally by Sega as well.

I think Capcom only has the rights for a Marvel fighting game, and that's due to the nostalgia that Marvel vs. Capcom has.
