Disney+

which streaming service are you talking about? I have to put in a PIN for a R-rated movie on Amazon and Sky. Netflix is the only without

I was thinking specifically of Netflix in regards to the parental controls, but I thought Hulu or one of the other major streaming services offered something similar? Never been prompted to enter a pin on Amazon for anything other than purchasing movies that I can think of, but I suppose I may be mistaken. Just seemed like an odd compromise when Disney+ already allows multiple profiles but it is what it is.

You don't need a pin for HBO Max either, but it does give you the option to add a child as a user, so I assume there are restrictions for adult content under that profile.

You have to have a pin so you can edit the profile and then you can set the ratings you deem appropriate for the child.

Seems they have started adding a bunch of extras to their films section. Probably just newer stuff for now, but I'd love stuff for PotC. Not having to bust out my extras discs for that would be great. Also, commentaries! Come on!

Fantastic Four just got added. That's two but so now where's Rise of the Silver Surfer? Are more X-Men films going to be added?

The Wolverine will be added this Friday. I’m sure more will be added in the future but I think that’s about it for September.

Just a minor quibble, but I wish Disney+ would denote a section for the "Marvel Cinematic Universe" and another section of "Other Marvel Features" for the Fox movies. I don't really enjoy them inter-mingled as they currently are.

There actually is under the Marvel hub. There’s a section for “Marvel Cinematic Universe” and another for “More Marvel Movies” which is basically the X-Men and Fantastic Four movies.

That new Earth to Ned show dropped today. One of the episodes has Gina Carano...:hrt:

That's interesting. Mine was not like that just yesterday, but now they are separated out.

I hope they do another Muppets season, I was surprised to find out this was so short but it makes more sense looking up the production of it. Joe's great as well, a nice addition to the cast.

so annoying: we still haven’t a release (date) for Muppets Now, Earth to Ned, Onward...
I hope we‘ll get Mando on the day of the release.

Where are you at Albright?

I watched The Princess and The Frog last night for maybe the second time in my life, and WOW. That is such an underrated movie with a great soundtrack.

Almost There, Down In New Orleans and Friends on the Other Side? Why didn’t this movie drop when I was a kid LOL.

Hope that gets the live action remake next.

I liked Princess and the Frog and the New Orleans setting ...but cars in a Disney Princess Fairy Tale are an absolute No-go for me
