my voice is really weird
when am talking i sometimes change accents
without even noticing.
is that normal???

Depends if you are a mimic....my wife sometimes slips into certain accents but she has lived in 3 countries.

The hell you are! I've heard some of the accents that come out of your country. Some of you take letters out of words, add an 'R' at the end of words that end in vowels, and pronounce things that other English speakers just can't understand at all. The fact that "cor blimey" was originally "God blind me" speaks tons about how some English butcher their own native tongue.
