Does Halo Look Great?

How good does Halo 3 Look?

  • VERY very Good - Like Gears Of War

  • About as good as Most other Shooter games

  • Unforunately, it's one of the worst looking Xbox 360 games

I think you misread my post. Pay careful attention to my word-choice and look at the words "joking around" toward the end.

No, I know. I picked that up. I was musing that more in response to the fact that apparently the friend from Pakistan hates Indians, but he thinks we're like that with Canadians as well.

I'm not that stupid, WHF. :oldrazz:

Well he's Pakistani. He thinks America hates everyone. I don't know why, we are the HOST of the U.N. and have driven ourselves into debt giving money to third world regions and to countries that hate us.

Probably shouldn't have told you he's from Pakistan then... I don't think you two would get along so well. :csad:

I'd strangle him and piss on his corpse the first chance I get.

What's with the whole India vs. Pakistan thing anyway? I asked him, and he said "It's like how you guys don't like Canada". But he seemed to have an actual hatred of Indians, not just joking around.

Pakistan is like India-lite but actually thinks as if they have the tendency to compete with us. The lag behind India in just about everything that matters - talent, education, technology, economy...you name it. But the losers still think they are a match for us. It's a well known fact that Indians are infinitely more socially respected and qualified than Pakistanis which also seems to really get on their nerves. I think the heated rivalry has more to do with the fact that Pakistan was the reason why India was crippled after independence in 1947.

Most of India's richest fields and natural resources went to Pakistan's side of the border. Not to mention the fact that the founder of Pakistan - Muhammed Ali Jinnah, was a class A a**hole. He was the one who needlessly wanted a separate state for Muslims, even though after partition India's Muslim population far outnumbered Pakistan's. That is also one of the reasons why even the Muslim population of India detests Pakistan for scattering the Muslim population between East and West Pakistan (which is now known as Bangladesh) that consequently made Indian Muslims easy targets of radical Hindu nationalists (in attacks such as the demolition of the Babri mosque, a 400 year old monument) in many communal riots. Plus, the Indo-Pakistani wars of 1965 and 71 didn't really help the bitterness either.

Of course, I have known some truly great people who are from Pakistan - persons who I honestly admire to no end. But then again, they are just as much an exception as they are exceptional.

Yeah, for some reason people seem to think we're xenophobic or something. I can sort of see why though what with those crazy anti-immigrant "THEY TOOK OUR JOBS!" types.

So Pakistan doesn't like India because India is so much better, but India doesn't like Pakistan for being the worst place on earth.

Seems a bit one-sided to me. HOMG teh India-fanboy!!! :oldrazz:

But every time one of those people opens their mouth you get another person saying "Stop being an *******". The thing about America that is so beautiful is that no one agrees with each other. We're so divided on even the simplest issues, I don't even know how the hell politicians put together a campaign anymore.

True, but countries are made by the vocal. The more loud, annoying ones are the *******s who say such things so that's how we're judged. As *******s who don't want any "foreign blood" to mix with our own. They never really even try to find out if we are actually like that or not, they just go with the general opinion.

That's the same reason why most Americans think Iraq is a country full of insane religious fanatics that want America to be blown up. Unfortunately, they never dig deeper.

A friend of mine always has this joke that really riles up our neighborhood Pakis. He always keeps saYing that just India's total population collectively peeing on Pakistan alone is more than enough to completely drown the whole damn country.

I always pictured you as a road-side churro vendor.

I can picture myself, with my churro cart and trusty tongs in the middle of Death Valley. Good call.

I'm also thinking of being a Tickle-Me-Elmo assembler. I have many points of interest.

Why Did You Have To Remind Me Of Churros?!@?!?

Somebody Get Me A Mother****ing Churro Before You All Die!!!!

woo hoo!
halo rocks:o

It hasn't been confirmed yet, though. :o

And if it comes a week or two later as a *free DLC, I'll be perfectly content. I'd hope that I wouldn't get bored of the game after that, or even three. Otherwise it'd be pretty ******.

*If it was not free, I'd be pissed.

Anyone know how many pre-sale copies have been sold
Im pretty sure its been available as a presale item longer than any other game before
