Does it honestly bother you when people you don't like in the industry get work?

Occasionally you'll see the random thread about so and so director/actor that is getting a huge payday or scored #1 at the box office, and it happens to be someone that you hate for some reason or other. Does it bother you that much when they keep reaping rewards for work you feel is shoddy, or you don't lose too much sleep over it?

you can hate bay all you want, but to say his movies have no plot is kind of stupid. they have just as much, if not more, than most movies.
