Civil War seems like a good spot. It's still set up for November. It reasonably could come before Civil War.

If the CW post-credits is related to Dr Strange then I don't think there'll be a trailer for it. I'm betting more on Rogue One first look instead, attached to CW.

We'll get a trailer for Dr Strange with Civil War, same as we got a trailer for Thor 2 with IM3 (which had the same late-April & late-October releases as CW & DS do). We're probably only about 4 weeks away from getting it actually

Rogue One comes out 6 or 7 weeks after Strange so I wouldn't necesarily expect a trailer for it with CW, but it's not impossible.

Yes that is what I think too but we will not get an official trailer until like at least July or August at the latest but with a teaser trailer we will probably get that during Civil War

Could go either way. Having seen some footage for both Dr Strange and Rogue One though, I will say that Rogue One looks more finished, but Rogue One is much more dependent on practical FX than Dr Strange and I also don't know when this footage was taken. Dr Strange looked like it still needed a lot of post work. That's probably influencing what I said in my post.

I was not blown away with his garb. The Eye of Agamotto looked very unalive, and the cloak of levitation looked too pinned down. Granted these are still shot photos. I'm hoping the finished product looks much better.
