Draft resolution demands Israel quit Gaza

So killing millions to ensure the protection of another million? Hmm…ok so….Let’s just say you kidnap me……so should my country kill you and everyone else in your country, even those who don’t know who you are and why you did it? That’s just sick and twisted. I’ll be tossing and turning in my grave.

Let me show you how the terrorists respond when they think they might have crossed the line with a force that will really wipe them out if provoked.

'This Hot Potato Otherwise Known as the U.S.'
Benjamin Bright-Fishbein is lucky Abu Musab al-Zarqawi is dead. On Saturday Bright-Fishbein, an American student at Hebrew University of Jerusalem, ventured into Nablus, an Arab city in the disputed West Bank, where he was kidnapped by terrorists from the al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigade, described by the Jerusalem Post as "an offshoot of PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas's Fatah party."

Abbas's predecessor, Yasser Arafat, won a Nobel Peace Prize in 1994.

But the terrorist released Bright-Fishbein after realizing he was American:

An IDF [Israel Defense Forces] source said that Fishbein's US citizenship had saved his life since the "last thing the Palestinians want is to open a new front against the Americans." Had the kidnappers succeeded in abducting an Israeli national the outcome, the source said, would have been very different. "Their decision to release him was because they didn't want to deal with the hot potato otherwise known as the US," the source added.

Ha'aretz quotes an unnamed "defense official": "Apparently, the kidnappers did not want to end up like Zarqawi."

You'll notice that when they thought they had crossed the line and might have provoked the US into wiping out the entire terrorist infrastructure in Palestine, they sent the guy back totally unharmed. They probably even gave him cakes and candy to sooth his feelings and slight injuries he probably suffered when originally kidnapped.

Now why do you suppose that the terrorists don't give Israel the same response and respect?

It could have to do with the fact that Israel won't respond with overwhelming force, that they actually hold back and do what they do while minimizing casualties.

No, because Israel has been killing the Palestine people everyday and US has just been providing them with weapons. How can you give someone respect when he slaughters everyone you loved and held dear? How do you think these ‘terrorists’ were born anyway? People aren’t actually born evil. They are forced by circumstances.

And it’s really funny that they’re using the word ‘terrorists’ against these people while Israel is the one butchering thousands in one day. I find it funnier that 1) suicide bombings are looked at as if it is a terrible act against humanity, while 2) Israel massacring innocent people everyday are just them protecting their civilians against ‘terrorists’:

1) “Oh God! How awful! Was anyone hurt?”

2) “Oh ok. So what else is happening in your life?”

I remember watching almost an hour long funeral of an Israeli man killed by suicide attack on BBC. And it was really stupid of me to expect the same length of time going to be given to grieve the loss of countless Palestine people killed over the years. Well guess one Israel blood is more precious than a million Palestine :( *Sigh* But you know what’s more sad? Most people here agree that one solider is equal to the blood of a thousand Palestine(which is exactly what this thread is about).

People are turning into something beyond monsters now…..:doom:

Thousands in one day?

When has Israel ever slaughtered thousands of people?

When has Israel massacred innocent people? I'm defining innocent people in terms of just standing around doing nothing and Israel shooting them.

I guess Israel can have her blood shed and she deserves it 100%, just because she exists?
