People perceive Batman in a multitude ways. I'm one of the people who believe there's the playboy Bruce Wayne, the Batman Bruce Wayne, and the really real Bruce Wayne who only people like Alfred and Leslie Thompkins know, but still bleed into the other two personas. In TDK, Bale was only credited as Bruce Wayne, not the typical Bruce Wayne/Batman title we see, but I'm just regurgitating facts now.

I guess I will place it here, even though it's about 20 years too late, but Kevin Conroy could have been the PERFECT live action Batman.

He looks like Bruce Wayne, he's tall, he was freaking jacked back when he was young, and we ALREADY know he has the voice.

Someone mentioned their dream cast for a DKR film with Keitel in the main role. That doesn't sound crazy, I would've liked either him or Clint Eastwood (but it way too late for that now). Anyway, on to my dream cast:
