The Flash Dream Villians and who should play them

Imagine money is no issue. What villain (either for the whole season or a one off episode) would you want to see on the show and your dream choice to play them?

Remember that America is a land built on anti-taxation sentiments, and even today, everyone complains about the IRS.

Americans love vigilantes, because they hate taxes (and the tedium of standard, sometime corrupt halls of jurisprudence and civics bureaucracy).

Hero-villain pairings of Flash (DC Comics) storyboards should reflect a public interest in vigilantism 'flowery,' since, after all, the Flash is super-fast and captures our interest in 'practical ethics short-cuts!'

I recommend having an actor such as Jude Law portray a labor-centric Flash-nemesis such as the eerie Captain Cold, a villain signifying a focus on intellectual tedium, since Law is both descriptive and efficient in his acting method.
