Drivers For Old Lap Top

A few years ago I got on sale a Toshiba Satellite Lap Top A105 & it needed recently a good clean reformat which did but now I need drivers for it which I thought would come with the Windows XP CD. I got no sound no nadda. I did some googling but nothing came up. So can anyone help me find compatible drivers for this Lap Top with Windows XP. I would appreciate it
